May I simply assume that a DDR4 U-DIMM must be 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx1 unless the product specifications say otherwise?

Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2(DDR3) which won't take DDR4 memory, only DDR3. GIGABYTE GA-H110M-DS2 uses DDR4 according to " 1-2 Product Specifications " in the following manual: http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-h110m-ds2(ddr3)_e.pdf GA-H110M-DS2 uses DDR4. Re: How good (quiet) are modern SFX PSU?

Platinum is significantly more efficient that White. So for any given power draw it will pull less electricity from the mains supply. It will also dissipate less heat in the process. Achieving this improved efficiency needs better quality components particularly capacitors. This does affect durabil...

AVX was introduced around the Sandy bridge era, AVX2 with Haswell. Essentially its a feature of CPUs, some new programs do use them, usually the power draw is higher, and in most cases the CPU heat up more Is the "heating up more" reflected in TDP? If so, it is indicative of power draw. I'm very so...

Re: Which is faster, dual-core G3240 or quad-core i5-4460T?

I'm guessing both ports can deliver 500mA just fine but the drive needs a bit more while spinning up. If it needed more than 500mA, it would not spin up using a back port, which presumably provides no more than 500mA. However, it does spin up using a back port. My guess is that the said USB1112 hea...
