i don't know much about hardware that's why i decided to buy gaming PC instead of building it.

Well just because the PC is old it's fan speed doesn't get slower there are factors that damage CPU fan speed. but
if you don't want to go into BIOS then download fan speed controlling software that will maintain better airflow in your PC.
