Oops - the P182 doesn't have the holes in the top opening needed for that duct. But it could probably be mounted with two-sided foam tape.

I've been thinking about trying this for the top opening on my P182:

It looks like it will cut down on noise but still allow hot air to escape.

I finally installed the Kama Stay - here's a summary. I ended up mounting the fan vertically, i.e. perpendicular to outside edge of the video card. This way it blows air across the top and bottom of the card, through the fins of the passive heatsink and down onto the motherboard. This is in a P182 c...

I checked - all those that I listed have microphones for use with cell phones and have stereo reception for music too. The Plantronics is a discontinued item but it's still widely available. I like it a lot because it's so small and the second earpiece can be detached when it's not needed. (But I'm ...

I think they all have microphones - not sure about the Jabra though. The Plantronics and the Sonys I listed definitely have mics. The Plantronics is just like a standard Bluetooth earpiece and microphone for cell phones, but it has an add-on earpiece for stereo reception. I use it for music, DVDs, e...

I hope to get it installed sometime over the holidays. I'll report back if I do.

Scythe Kama Stay - VGA fan thing

This looks interesting: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=26200 Looks like it would be a good way to assist a passively cooled video card. Also, since it can hold fans parallel to the motherboard it probably could cool most north/south bridge chips. ...
