Lost 30 frames after restart

I have no idea why I lost them.. My console client was into the 38th frame, at this time I closed it and shutdown from windows. Booted up again and the client says "Frames completed 0, Remaining 400", terrible. Why?

Here's a warning about the WD400JB.

It is the most irritating thing in my pc right now. It emits a whine the whole time no matter what, even when idle. Seek is also very loud. Very high-pitched whine.

I think a Zalman 6500 series (the one shaped lik a Chinese fan, not an Orb) with a PSU like the Seasonic (1x 120mm) exhausting air from on top of the cpu will work even with no fan on the cpu. Cause the spaces between the fins are pointed towards the psu fan. Hardcoreware did that with the 6500 and ...
