Im using an HR-01+ in my system on my E6600 passively. I'm using one case fan for my entire case. I have one fan (stock) on my video card and the fan in my PSU at the bottom of the case and thats it. Here's a picture for reference. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c39/extreme4377/pc/Picture1004.jpg

Wow, and I always thought the warnings from the manufacturer's were just to cover their asses and to prevent the newer user's from messing anything up. Guess I was wrong. It sounds like replacing my PSU all together is my safest route. I was thinking something along the lines of a Corsair HX520 or 6...

Replacing fan in PC P&C 610W PSU
Has anyone replaced the fan in the PC Power and Cooling 610W PSU? I've had this PSU for roughly 1.5 years and the fan has always been bothersome. I have a few questions. 1. Has anyone had success replacing the 80mm fan inside with a different one? Perhaps a Nexus 80mm fan? 2. Does anyone know what t...

Sharp TV's are great. My parents just bought a 42" Sharp Aquos today and its beautiful. Im using a 37" Westinghouse 1080P as my monitor for my machine and it doubles as an HDTV. Its a whole new experience using such a big TV as your monitor. Here's a picture of my setup for reference: http://i24.pho...

SLK3700AMB - Clean and Silent
Ok, because I dont want to jack someone's thread(sorry if I did all ready), I am creating my own thread. Feel free to post comments, questions, or whatever. I have worked on my wire management for quite some time, improving it each and every time any way I can. I have cut holes in my case i.e. on th...

Ya, I always have used the filter. It works well but only filters air from the front vents, not the bottom. I now have my case sitting flush against the carpet so the bottom vent thats unfiltered shouldnt be allowing air in. I plan on stopping by staples today to get some compressed air and clean ev...

Quiet SLK3700AMB
I know there are many other quiet/silent 3700 rigs out there but I figured Id post mine anyways. Ive spent a good amount of time wiring the system getting everything out of the way of the airflow. The system is pretty much wireless looking and looks very clean. Here are a few shots of the case inter...

Best, yet silent HSF for 6800GT
Im looking to replace my koolance with some silent fans but I still want to overclock my 6800GT to 400/1100(Ultra speeds). Is the NV5 Silencer truly silent? If not, what else should I consider? Thanks

If I were to replace my EXOS with a quieter heat sink with kick-ass performance. What should I buy? The zalman 7000-Cu or the 7700Cu or something different?

EXOS cooled silence
If only I didnt have H20 cooling....my case would be soo much neater. Im tempted to sell it just to clean em up and get some Zalman silent CPU cooling and an NV5 Silencer but I know Ill regret it! My system, regarding your standards, prolly isnt silent. But, its quiet enough for me. My next build wi...

Akasa or Spire?
Im looking at buying case damping material but am not sure whether or not it will make a significant difference. I have included links to two options that I have in mind. Which would give me the best results and would they be significant? Thanks! http://www.svc.com/akasapaxmate.html -OR- http://www....
