The fanstorm only has 3 preset 'trigger' temps - 35, 40, 45
can i set it manually ?? like 30,35,40 for the 'trigger' temps

Panaflo and Papst cost about the same in Aust so which one would be more quiet at 7v ??

forgot to mention my fan is L version i bought it from second hand and the guy said it never been used b4.... 120's do tend to "rumble" more than 80's. It's usually a lower pitched noise. Is your noise low or high pitched? low pitched ("cicicici" or "cececece") :( It may be defective bearings, or mo...

i got my 120mm panaflo today but......

when it is at 7v, it has ("cicicici" or "cececece" somthing like that) this noise come out, more noticable at 5v but at 12v hardly can be heard.....is this normal ?? Overall it is a very quite fan at 7v (can't hear it at 2 feet away), i would say the noise level is same as 5 v but i dun think 5v pus...

I was kind of worried about running a single 5V fan in a powersupply (I am using an SH powersupply). So, instead, I 7V the stock fan that comes with it that is at the bottom (since it is a low profile one and the panaflo won't fit).. then I put a 7V panaflo as exhaust. Its fairly quiet. Not really ...

1. remove 92mm bottom fan, block that hole

2. remove 80mm fan, block the rear vents holes

sorry may sound silly, i'm new to here.....

7v or 5v ??

and anyone know how these two 120mm fans compare Papst 4412FGL and Panaflo FBA12G12L when they both operate at 50% and 75% RPM (thier quietness and CFM) ??
