I just reread what you did, and I want to make sure you tried this. If you can see exactly what key is in the old registry (path above), you should be able to recreate it in your new registry by creating a key. If one is there, it should be a copy/paste inside the key. Double click the registry key ...

Ahh, it appears that it's encrypted in the registry. http://bf2.fun-o-matic.org/index.php/BF2_Key_Hasher This link may help, but you may need to be booted from that drive. Also maybe this: http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=26725 But you may also be able to just copy it from the old reg...

From the internets
You can find/modify your BF2 CD-key by hitting Start menu, Run, then typing 'regedit' there. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE Electronic Arts EA GAMES Battlefield 2ergc - there it is.

I had an NSK2400 in a closed case, but I had to cut a hole in the back because it was getting way too hot. I cut a 120mm opening in the back, and I have mounted a fan to the opening.

I have a HIS 9800 Pro which originally came with an AC Silencer... It was pretty quiet at first, but the fan developed an annoying clicking sound... (snip) My silencer (albeit on an nVidia 6800) also started ticking for what it's worth. The problem is that the fan starts gradually sliding down the ...

It has even inspired a design by me - it's not finished yet, but will be before the fall. Looks great ...

They're a pair of Samsung Spinpoints, and they run pretty quiet already, and I don't really notice them. However, that's mainly because the rest of the system is still too loud. I've got a CNPS9500 in there, and I must have bad contact on the Proc, because I've got temps ranging from 59c to 82c and ...

Odd, I had that exact problem with the PSU that came with my Antec Sonata after a couple years of use. Especially with the mouse scrolling - it would ocurr every time.

Switched the PSU to an S12-380 and it's gone.

I don't know why no one asks about the mobo used in the P180 when they ask about cable length. Just about any mobo can be used if the power connector is on the mid-right edge of the board. But if your connector is on the top-left then that is a whole other story. It's worth specifying in your questi...

The lower P180 drive cage may be superior to the upper cage, but you’re pumping heat through the PSU, which contradicts the P180’s design ethos of placing the PSU low down to keep it cool. One coolish Samsung might be okay, but 4 hot Raptors? I’ll be placing my drives in the upper cage, and if they...

I wonder if there could be a way to mount this vertically. I'd have to assume that a straight-through path for the airflow would be way more efficient and cool better. I think there's no need to fuss about which is connected to where. Is your PSU pushed that far back to muffle outlet noise? I assume that eliminates the possibility of using the top two 5 1/4 bays as well. Ohhhh, now I see why you did it - you've got no room for the inlet because of the ducting. You need a PSU that's open only from the back to make that work withou...
