Jab Tech has a few choices of Yate Loon at good price.

I've never ordered from them though as they do not ship to my part of the world.

Edit: Just read some comment about Yate Loon Fan from Jab-Tech. May be that explain the low price :!: :?:

On the last tab of that web page, you'll find a link to their on-line store if you want price info. I was using t-balancer during my P4 days and was quite impressed with ...

When SPCR reviewed the copper version of the ninja they found that the Rev B. version isn't nearly as good as the original. The above plus a lot of complains in the forum about Ninja Rev.B are the main reason I bought HR01 Plus. I'm very happy with the result. However, since the HR-01 is more expen...

Speedfan has failed on DQ35JO motherboard. The temperature was wrong approximately +40% and I can't imagine any easy way to calibrate it. Intel Desktop Utilities had to be uninstalled but still Speedfan either couldn't display fan RPM at all. Do you mean Speedfan doesn't control any fan at all, or ...

I did it on my CNPS 7000 (I think 7700 has similar fan holder) by cutting the fan like Bluefront did, but leave some stubs there a bit. Attach the fan hub with CNPS fan holder using 3M ...

GA P35-DS3R doesn't have LED on the board. It makes trouble shooting a bit inconvenient. :( I would suggest you first clear the CMOS, it has a jumper pin (without jumper) to clear CMOS located near CMOS battery (see the manual). You need to use some flat metal object to short it - flathead screwdriv...

Nothing much to offer here, but how's the case ventilation.

Another possible area is HSF retention clip is losing its pressure. 40+ celcius different between idle and load in a very short time, in my opinion, indicates poor contact between HSF and heatspreader.

My 2 cents. :?

I currently have 3 Yate Loon 120mm fans in my system undervolted at around 7V, but my system is still louder than I would like. I don't think replacing YateLoon (low speed) with Nexus fan would bring any significant noise reduction, if at all. Depending on how you control your fan speed, you can sl...

There's no Nexus fan around where I live, so I use Tt 92 mm UV fan instead. It's a low flow fan and is quieter than stock Zalman fan, especially when undervolted.

Can't say how it is compared to Nexus, though I don't think it can match.

It's not glued, just snap on cover. Using small flathead screwdriver, you should be able to open it.

There's a heatsink inside - so I don't think you can just drill a hole in pci slot for the adjustment knob. Why not just stick it at the back of your case if you don't want to see it.

An interesting case, especially the internal partition and Hdd aluminium tray. The front fans will probably have to work very hard though trying to pull air in from the back with a U-shape air path.

I think Asus A7V800 provides fan control only on CPU fan header similar to most MB during that same period - including my P4P800-E Dlx. You can quickly check in Asus manual - if it has Q-Fan instead of Q-Fan2 then only CPU fan can be controlled.

The molex is probably to keep back-up battery happy while pc is on.

I guess they may have to give a 24-pin passthrough connector just to tap on +5VSB, or a wire that can be crimped (is that the word?) onto +5VSB line. The latter is cheaper but too risky as user may lock on to a wrong wire.
