Every post deals with the noises most all people are capable of hearing. The lower decibles.
My issues have to do with high frequencies. The electronic signature emitted by the various components which comprise a computer.

An easy way would be to use some sorbothane feet like those used on stereo systems. Although my brother cut up and used some sorbothane from shoe inserts.

So I highly doubt the material is polycarbonate. Crystal Styrene is what it's most likely made from. Now that's a resonate brittle material.
