I've noticed my rear exhaust fan generates pretty much the same noise on full power as both my front and cpu fan. This pretty much a lot of issues i had with P180. I would add the rattling noise on the grill of the back fan, when the fan was set for more than 7v - it happened only when the door was closed, and after reading some posts, it somewhat (hopefully) disappeared after i loosen the screws a bit. I would hearly recommend a machine that support "cool n' quiet" (athlon 64 processors), because it allows you to set the cpu fans on minimum when doing just the things you're planning to do with your comp.
