Don't you have ANY fan on either CPU or PSU? What watt is your PSU on? and how is your heatsink built on your CPU?I have a slot 1 Pentium II 450Mhz. I took out the noisy fan a year ago and the 7V the power supply fan.

Media OS on SMALL space... =)
Another option I was thinking of is using a DOC - Disk On Chip. The MB has a socket for a 32pin flash disk up to 288Mb. But what OS would fit on it ? XP wont (what I am using currently) as it takes up over a gig. I would then not use a HD at all and just run DVD/Divx/mp3 off CD. But then I cant use...

Underclocking --> No fan?
I have 2 computers: Celeron 300 (Pretty silent fan) ATX Supply 250W (Pretty silent fan)... Pentium 233@266 (Noisy fan) AT Supply 145 - 250W (I have a several to choose from) I'm planning to make one of these to a media box using movix.sf.net That allows a 200-233mhz to play a divx with good result.....

1. Is it possible to convert a AT PSU to a ATX PSU?
2. I have several AT PSU's... Is it possible to run one completly fan-less? or just have a slow5v fan? The PSU i had in mind was a 145w AT... Will thatone run hot?
