Most likely you will need to suspend hdd. To be honest I love ATC-201 case. Once you swap out fans and lowers voltage, it's sturdier construction over lian-li case makes it much quieter than just about all lian-li case for similar airflow level. Acoustimats do help on this case.

Here is my suggestion. Put exos as far away as possible from where you are. Instant reduction of noise level. If you still hear same amount after moving it past 2 ft from where it might be at... (which probably is what you can do with most exos set ups your sound is coming from case...
