We have some machines here at work with the U series drives. Idle speed isn't to bad, but the seeks are IMO awefull. If possible, go with the IV.

Just FYI if you're in Scandinavia and don't know a dealer with these fans.

http://www.bsmultimedia.dk in Denmark has them under the Titan label, in 80, 92 and 120mm models. All of them the "M" version.
