For the CNPS7000A, you cut the aluminium frame (the real weight is here), and leave only the plastic fan..

Try an Evercool (or Titan) aluminium fan, 92mm.

In my case, it's coming from the psu. Put your ear next to the psu, turn off all the case fans and see if it's coming from there...

It could be that the noise is coming from the PSU. I get this too, when i scroll down a web page. It's VERY strange...

I guess they should be printed on the side of the PSU...

Mine doesn't have hte PCI Express Sticker. The ones SPCR reviewed are the upcoming models, I suppose, and do have all the features I mentioned that differ from my A3.
