Have you considered the Thermalright HR-01+ ? Personally I think the TRUE might be overkill for your needs, plus the HR01+ is better with low airflow (wider fin spacing => lower impedance). W/ regard to power rating, 600W is overkill. 400W would be more than twice what you need for momentary peaks. I bet your system idles under 100W AC and maxes at ~200W AC peak. That's with an 80% efficient PSU. Just look in the Recommended PSUs article. Uops....I've forgotten Note1 on previous post ...
