Because I've also seen recent motherboards (ex. Asus X48 based) that already use heatsinks but also include a fan to use when the cpu is liquid-cooled because using liquid cooling you wouldn't have airflow on the MB heatsinks.

On an Antec P182 case with 2 Scythe S-FLEX 800 rpm, using an Intel CPU 130W TDP with a Thermalright Ultra Extreme, do you think another 800 rpm fan should be good on the Thermalright or do I need at least a 1200 rpm fan on it?
