Any system that will have multiple 3.5" HDDs is not a great candidate for picoPSU -- there's a lot of surge current at turn-on. You're generally better off with a high efficiency ATX or STF psu -- perhaps one of the Dell 250-300W models, modded to fit whatever case... How much surge are we talking?...

Well if the stock cooler doesn't have any heatsinks on the VRM then I would assume it would just be the same If I replace the stock cooler with a S1 and stick a low volt fan on it?

I generally go with eBuyer or scan (through avforums discount) because I can get free shipping and the prices are usually lower than OcUK.

There is always the odd part however. I had to get my TRUE from OcUK as they were the only ones with stock at the time.

eBuyer take things off their site when there out of stock. I wouldn't get it from OcUK - it's more like overpricers these days.
