I'm connected with VGA (with an DVI-VGA converter), and I had no problem. One question. What is your ICH and MCH temperature after 1 or 2 hour usage? (See Bios, monitoring section) Thanks, I'm going to test on another monitor (don't have an adapter though, so I'll use DVI again), if it works I'll g...

Wow...the specs say it has 5 sata ports plus one esata. I like. :) Especially because it seems Intel likes to put only four sata ports on their micro-atx boards. Update: Whoops---looks like Dell's site was misleading...it's four sata ports, plus one external. It's so hard to find a good small board...

Too bad that "Review" is absolutely terrible and barely qualifies as one. There's no comparisons against other integrated at all and barely any benchmarks. Also the G45 chipset is new and the drivers definitely aren't up to snuff yet. I'm waiting for a legit review of a decent board with some actua...

Currently we do not have any plans to carry that motherboard. Regards, Scott Aguiar Customer Service Manager Logic Supply, Inc. P...

I'm probably going to get something like an E4600. I need something that can handle 720p content since I'm probably going to run linux on it (unless drivers are terrible). I'm probably going to end up using a northbridge heatsink modified with heatpipes to a peltier since my case is going to be craz...

Thanks for the link
We've been posting about the DG45FC over in this thread. So far we've gotten specs, board layout, and a couple other tid bits on it. Should be out in a week or so for around 150USD.

The board that I can't wait to get my hands on is the DG45FC mentioned here: http://mini-itx.com/. H264 and VC1 hardware decoders, HDMI, GbE, PCIe, SPDIF, all in a mini-itx package. What more could one ask for? Same here, this is the board I've been waiting for. As soon as it hits the shelves I'm g...

I'm seeing prices of 106,36 € and 116,00 €. Probably not very reliable, but those are some pretty enticing prices

Intel has confirmed release for June at the Computex Show in Taipei. There's also some more info about Other boards coming out, with an interesting figure of being able to build a system for under 300 for their low-cost boards.

I'm working on getting more info, but that's pretty much all I have for the time being. Mini-ITX htpc
I've been planning to build a mini-itx htpc for awhile. I put together this list about 6 months ago: AOpen i945GTt-VFA Intel Core Duo T2300 Yonah 1.66GHz G.SKILL 1GB (2 x 512MB) SO-DIMM DDR2 667 However I've been out of the loop for awhile. I need a board that is the size of mini-itx due to case siz...

Re: Feasible to Reuse subwoofer case?
Let me know if this is just a pipe dream. As my actual computer is full atx. Given the dimensions you listed for the enclosure, you may have to switch to µATX, as existing cases with similar dimensions that I'm aware of are all such. Certainly there is enough room to pack everything in there with ...

Feasible to Reuse subwoofer case?
Hey guys, Awhile ago I got my hands on a nice looking receiver for a surround sound system. The system itself is really low quality, so I'm kind wanting to gut it and convert it to a computer case. My case isn't exactly something I would want to show off, and getting myself a P180/2 is a bit outside...
