Great find on the AGP 7600GT.
I am thinking the Zalman VF700-AlCu will fit after looking at this card.

What works with a 7800GS?

I found this deal on the BFG 7800gs the other day.

I was wondering what cooler options are out there for this GPU and if anyone has done a swap on this card and how it went for them.

If you play oblivian I would lean towards the ATI card if not I would lean towards the Nvidia card. Here is an idea as to how they compare up to each other in performance.

If it works passively it may very well be the answer to my Northbridge being partially covered by my NV5 cooler.

I have a FX-53 running stock speeds and use a xp-90c and a low speed panoflo with rpm monitoring. I have been able to maintain the 50c I have set in my bios with a high of 1253 rpms while running prime95.
At this very moment I have a cpu temp of 42c and am turning 750 rpms.

The Papst 120mm, 4412/F2GLLE, 1200 rpm fan or the 120mm, Scythe SFlex 1200rpm fan would be my top 2 120mm fan choices on that list.
I am assuming you don't have the 92mm fan but I would only suggest the Papst 3412/N2GLLE, 1150 rpm fan.

Audible noise at 1 meter from surface of unit: 45 dBA

But really other than that it will be fine for just your PC. If you start adding monitors, speekers and what not you will run out of room on the 450w max on it.

Bios set to keep cpu at 50c.
Highest fan speed seen is ~1300 when running prime 95.
Normally the fan runs at min speed of something like 789 rpms.
