Because the GT puts out more heat perhaps?
If they can OC it to GT/Ultra speeds and/or unlock extra pipes with just the heatsink ...

59£ with VAT (105$) :P But in Germany it's between 85€ and 100€, and in France it's up to 140€ !! :shock:
