hey NeilBlanchard, that site you posted (anitec) is right around where I live. They are in Vancouver on Kingsway, and have some of the best prices in town... but the warrenty is pretty crappy... Once you bought it, its urs, and whatever goes wrong, you deal with it.

I just grabbed the fan and plugged it in. Its a HUGE improvement over my old fans. Too bad it was limit one, and they are sold out already, I can't return to get more.

Its on sale for $5, I was thinking of giving it a try to replace the fans that are on my case right now.

I think I'm gonna do something about the case fans soon, its boxing day tomorrow, and I'm gonan see if I can pick up anything good. As for the top blow hole, I have a huge deck of cards covering it right now, can't make any sound. I bought the case cause of the LEDs, I think I'll either mod the hell...

Yeah, Iw as thinking of the UV spray stuff... I was thinking of sanding my PSU down and spray it with UV too, then the whole case would start glowing inside.

fetish for glowing computers....

I have a little question, would spray painting the whatever dampening material work?? or will it release some sort of toxins?? I have no experience whatsoever in this area.

When I bought this computer 6 months ago, I was sucked in by the looks of this thing, the front panel with covers for CD and 6 really bright LEDs. It also had those alien fan grills that looked really nice. $1100CAD and 5 hours later. I had a working computer with all updates and necessary software ...
