You shouldnt need a fan that big. If it was a 72mm i could see the point.
Whatever, it would be almost impossible to transfer the bearings due to differences in size and design life. It would be cheaper to get a new fan.

i have had some experience with stuff made by Deer, not in PSUs but in cases branded as Kobian/Mercury. Thin material, lots of sharp edges, but not as bad as JNC.

I have a TMD II fan on my Vantec, the fan is very load. The fan is also very sensitive to the level of the floor, if it isnt flat the fan will unbalance itself and make more noise.
