Reserator vs TT Rocket

hey all, ive been making heaps of threads lately about VGA cooling & which case to buy, but ive just realised that i can spend about the same amount of money and get either the Reserator (non Plus version) or the TT Rocket! so, since im really new to all this watercooling stuff (yes ive read the sti...

ive been looking around a bit more and ive found the Sonata II and the SLK3000B. initially i didnt want these cases because i was looking for a silver case, but i now think they actually look quite nice. so basically, is there any difference between the 3000 and the sonata 2? from what ive seen, the...

V1 vs. VF700Cu

there was another thread about this previously, but instead of bringing it back i decided to create a new one. basically, ive got an MSI PCIE 6600gt (stock cooling) & AMD64 3200+ w/ 7700AlCu. ill be replacing other noise makers at the same time (such as northbridge). ive read a few reviews about the...

i dont really mind which way the drives are facing coz i dont replace them very often, so i guess id be better off with the convential system if that means they run a bit cooler. if i get the 730, i guess id just have to play around with the fan combinations to find which way would be best. thanx fo...

i dont own an antec PSU or case, but i emailed them a few weeks ago regarding the P180 and SP500w, and got this in reply: Comment: All of our retail power supplies have long enough cables to reach the motherboard's power ports and other components. For your existing power supply, the power cables fo...

so your saying if i use the praetorian 730, just to have a 120mm mounted on the side panel blowing air OUT of the case, and not have any other case fans? would that be ok with my 7700alcu? i was thinking maybe to have the front 120mm as a low-med speed, with the duel rear 80mm's spinning VERY slowly...

yeah i thought the cavalier would be pretty good for noise levels because its pretty restrictive around the front 80mm, and its got the single 120mm at the back. but then i found that the centurion 531 has x2 120mm's, but the one at the front is fairly open so the sound will easily reach the person ...

Antec, Coolermaster, Gigabyte

hi all, ive recently been looking at getting a new case. im mainly looking for style (which is a very personal thing, i know) but also for good construction, good features, decent cooling, and resonably quiet. ive been looking at the following cases: Antec P180 Coolermaster Centurion 531 (REMOVED) C...

three quick questions: a) can you see any blue light coming through the front of the case from where the blue tri-cool fan is? there isnt any in the image, but i hope there is IRL b) how'd the SP500w go? im thinking of getting one of those and the P180 as well. are the cables long enough to do some ...

very nice job, but personally i would have made the window a bit smaller so u cant see the PSU or drive bays.

does the window add to noise very much?
