Exactly what I was going to point out. This happened with one of my Yate Loon 120mm fans ... plugged it into a normal 3pin on my Nexus fan controller, problem solved (no more clicking).

See if you can remove the 5.25" plastic mounting things from the bottom bay. Then, run elastic or Stretch Magic between them. From there, you'll be golden.

OP, I'd put my money on the OCZ to be quieter. It's built on the FSP Epsilon platform, likely to be quieter than the CWT-built Thermaltake.

Check out the new Coolermaster cases. Centurion 590 and CM 690 might be just what you're looking for.

Xigmatech's HDT-1283, Kingwin's Revolution 120mm, and ZEROTherm's Nirvana 120 both outperform the coolers you've listed, and the Nirvana looks spectular. I tried Sunbeam's red LED fan in a build last year and found it to be decently quiet. Bit more motor noise than I was expecting, though ... even when undervolted. Antec's TriCool 120mm LED fans are definitely quieter @ lowest RPM.
