well I know s12 is good yet this is not s12II new series also some people complain on s12 buzzing sounds and non-silent fans after 1 year on the forum

they sell the same model fans for same price regardless of their fan speeds
so buying a faster fan and then undervolting or decreasing its fan speed with fan controller or software is better or not
do fans have same rotor and fan blades for same model different rpm
