Hey xan,

You can go to the HP website, search for the driver, and for many of the products there is one called something like corporate driver that is MUCH smaller, and at least for the couple I have tried seemed to only install the driver.

Tkpenalty, Are you in any way affiliated with Xigmatek? Your recommendation is pretty positive. Any scientific reason to only use the Frosty tech review and ignore others that do not rate the Xigmatek the top? With no reason, your recommendation sounds as dodgy as you are accusing the other reviews ...

Good point jaganath, What I have read seems to be pretty good consensus that water vapor at some (higher?) level of the atmosphere acts as a greenhouse gas, but at other level, when forming clouds is complicated. When it is in the form of clouds, there does not seem to be consensus whether it is a n...

Yes Ntavlas,

It seems to be almost unanimous opinion that flatness is very important, but there are some who conjecture that some shallow texture and the resulting increase in surface area might actually be a plus.

Floffe, As C02 and other gases increase, the heating effect of the greenhouse affect increase, which evaporates more water, which in turn increases temp more, amplifying the affect of the CO2 itself. Even if water vapor has a short cycle, there would need to be some cause, such as cooling, for it to...

Hey Neil, Good site you linked to above. I had looked at another site, and they had confused debt and deficit on one graph. It was a run up in the national dept just before Truman that was the record high debt as a % of GDP. Truman inherited record debt, and started to reduce it during his term, so ...

Hey KaOSoFt,

If you put the connector on the wrong 3pins, the pin that would not be connected would be the 12V power, so at first glance, that does not seem like it should hurt anything.

Looks like a pretty nice list.

I am into folding (Viking on SPCR team) so I would like the Q6600. If you could wait awhile, the Penryn Quad may be nicer, say a Q9450, but the release dates keep slipping out, and they may be just as hard to find in stock as the E8400.

This is an almost laughable example of what I was just saying. But this line of reasoning is typical of modern conservatives, who are dedicated to their own self-victimhood. When faced with evidence contrary to their beliefs, they lash out and blame whatever appears the easiest target - be it libera...

Hi Neil, No argument on your third point. To be fair when comparing the deficit under different presidents, would you not agree that it would be fair to compare the deficit as a percentage of GDP? Danceman, The cheap shot at the end of your message adds nothing to your argument. The economy was in deficit for almost 60 years, Reps and Dems alike.
