Doesn't seem possible... the slowest I've seen a Pentium M go is 600Mhz. Maybe it's using some sort of trottleing...


I would check with a different program (CPU-Z) to make sure it's really running at 300Mhz.

I have a Belkin 750VA UPS. Bought it 50$ Canadian on dell days of deals. There's some buzz, but I don't hear it (it's under my desk). Of course during a power failure it makes a lot of noise.
