The wattage is fine, but I'd recommend a new PSU, anyway. The current PSU will probably make some audible noise when your system is under load. Also, it'd be better to have the proper 24 pin ATX and 6 pin PCIe connectors, so you don't have to buy adapters.

Hands down, Thermalright HR-03. The Zalman VF900 will only add to the noise while the HR-03 will cool your card without a fan perfectly fine.
