After running this system for about 3 weeks, where it's been stabil, I'd like to add my undervolting results:

Idle: 0,74 volt / 800 MHz
Load: 1,18 volt / 2800 MHz

Voltages read through SpeedFan.

My sample idles at 54-55 watts when undervolted. Undervolting also helped a lot on load wattage, it went from 180 watt to 125. The 905e is 65W, so if you want the lowest TDP (AMD) quad core possible (45W) you'll have to go for an Athlon II (600e, 605e). As far as I know there's no Phenom II with 45W TDP at the moment.
