I have the same motherboard, and I use a Thermalright Ultra-120. I got a X2 4400+ oc @ FX-60 on it. Temperature is better than stock cooling/stock speed.

It has been 3 years now that I've got my Antec TruePower 430watts, still working fine and silent (but this is old generation). I have a friend who have a Antec SmartPower 2.0 500watts, and after 6 months, it gets deffective, it almost toasted the VGA card and motherboard, had to RMA motherboard and ...

Wow, well to start, you've just made me discover a new memory manufacturer!! I didn't knew Super Talent. Since I don't know them, I wouldn't get some, I'd prefer sticking with my favorite brand (OCZ), or getting some Kingston. About the case, no problemo at all, I got the same one, but the SPCR vers...

Since the ninja wont fit, i looked into this one, but i would have needed the SLI-DR Expert/Venus orientation of the CPU socket for it to fit... The HR05-SLi is in the way on the Ultra-D. Though both the Ultra and the Ninja were sold out everywhere anyway.. You installed your HR-05-SLI towar...

This is weird. I'm using the 3.01 build 733 beta and don't have this problem. I'm using the onboard sound card of my DFI Ultra-D also. This might be due to an IRQ problem between the sound card and the motherboard sensor. But I don't know much about IRQ things. Maybe you'll be more sucefful if you t...

I purchased an Antec Phantom 500 in July 2005. I used it since and did not had any trouble, like the ones reported with the Phantom 350. BUT, I'll hihly recommend a fan to blow some fresh air on it, I first tested it without a case, since I was waiting for my P180 SPCR to be delivered, and I had a D...

No, I think there are two versions, one with PSUs, and one without. Maybe someone who can read French can tell us. From what I can tell from the article (French is only my second language) there is only one version of the P190, which comes with a 1200W PSU (!!!) which is actually made up of two PSU...

Where can I buy fan's rubber mounting nuts.
Hi guys, I don't known how this is called, but I'm actually looking for the silicon/rubber pins that replace the fan's screws and absorb vibrations. I saw that Nexus has a package with some of them, but it cost 30 $ and comes with a lot of crap that I don't need. I don't mind paying 30$ for thoses t...

loll i didn't read your signature before, sorry :P Yes, on a SLI-DR (non expert), you need to use the Thermalright HR-05- SLI . Otherwise, you'll block the first PCI-Ex slot. If you do not intend to use the first PCI-Ex slot at all, the THermalright HR-05 non sli can fit also. In both case, you can ...

I think I'm gonna get a MacBook. I was gonna wait until Leopard came out, but I hear that it won't be out until next spring. Then I thought about waiting to see whether they would announce a shift to the Core 2 Duo platform, but that might not even happen, so it could be time to buy into the Mac pl...

I'm using an Antec Phantom500, when I touch the PSU, it's hot, but not like if I were going to burn my hand. My video card is hotter than the power supply. Video card temp is 55 celius GPU, 47 celcius ambient. EDIT: Oups, the question was about touching the HDD loll, well yes, I can burn my hand if...

Is it one of the WD drives with the temperature reporting bug? I don't think so, I've tried it in the main chamber and temperature droped also to 30 celcius. I beleive the airflow in the lower chamber is really bad. What power supply are you using? This is important to know. If it is a fan-cooled P...
