If you re-read the 430 review, it was not much quieter than the 500/600W versions (1dB less I believe). Also, the 430 is an updated design of the Super Tornado I believe, and the 500/600W versions are based on an entirely different circuit design as they integrated the PCI-E power cords.

The Scythe Ninja is the best CPU heatsink to date that SPCR has reviewed. It does better both passively and non-passively than the XP-120.
