I know the rear is running at 4.9V. I'd guess that the front is probably around 6V. My 3rd 120mm is in the Fortron PSU. Keep in mind, I have no fan grills, case vents are cut out, and no fan filters. The only restiction there is, is the modder's mesh in front. Needless to say, this case breathes easy.

The Celeron 2.0 ghz is an excellent quiet CPU. I put one in my wife's machine and the thing is running 31C !!

Yes, Newegg and Xpdirect sell the non(PF) versions. Noise Killer is the name they call their technology to regulate the fan speed.

If you use a normal PSU, then you can probably get away with just an exaust fan. But if you will be using a quiet PSU, then you'll want a front intake fan to create positive air pressure. Negative air pressure directly competes with a quiet PSU air flow.

It's my understanding that the thicker fans are not quieter per CFM, they are usually louder, BUT, they offer higher air pressure. That is, they can push air better when faced with resistance.
