As long as you get a good application of Artic Silver I think you should be fine. The Antec Tri-Cool, while not as quiet as a Nexus, isn't terrible by any means. I think you'd be fine with either one, although I suppose the 430W is slightly more future-proof...I just put a rig together with the 430W and an X800XL and I have yet to hear the PSU fan at all....my undervolted Nexus at the rear exhaust is currently louder .
