You won't need anything fancy. Mine came with a passive heatsink much smaller than anything you would find on a northbridge.

That looks a little rediculous... If they are going to copy Shuttle they should at least do it properly.

Each line has 12v (yellow) and 5v (red). With the two grounds in between. If you swap the pins in the 4pin fan connector, the fan will use the 5v instead of the 12v. Easily done with a small flat head screw driver.

The card gets pretty hot. I was going to mount an undervolted 60mm panaflo or something to it. Did you run yours fanless?

Is the arrow looking thing the direction of airflow? If it is, it would be better the other way. Also, since you are building it from scratch, you should consider designing air channels. That way you could probably cut one of the fans. How will you be cooling the CPU and how much heat will it dissip...
