Just get a 800 rpm Scythe Slipstream and run it at 12V without worries. Cools better than a 120mm Tricool on Low and is a lot quieter too.

Having a 120mm fan at the front intake should lower your gfx card temps considerably.

My memory is faint, but I recall reading that the fan on that gfx card runs at constant speed and is loud.

Play it safe and get a Powercolor 4850 PCS, which throttles the fan. There is also a passive Gigabyte 4850 which seems to be good.

Adding a front fan should lower your temps significantly. Middle would disguise noise better, but the GTX260 is too long.
