I used an 80MM Arctic Cooling fan running in my earthwatts 380, untervolted to 5V and it has run great for months. Can't hear it either and no sleeve bearing to dry out like on the stock Minja fan.

Madman, thanks on the tip on the rear PSU grill. I do babysit my very young out of control cousins often, so you might have just saved a life ;) . I was however, considering replacing the fans in the PSU. The fastest spinning fans in the rig are in my power supply, 2 Enermax ball bearing fans @ 1600...

Thank you on the suggestion to remove the fan grills. That sounds like a really logical idea so i'm going to remove the 2 grills on the PSU tonight.
