Just be cautious with what you but from there. They sell lots of products that claim they are silent when they are ridiculously loud.

I used an 80MM Arctic Cooling fan running in my earthwatts 380, untervolted to 5V and it has run great for months. Can't hear it either and no sleeve bearing to dry out like on the stock Minja fan.

Madman, thanks on the tip on the rear PSU grill. I do babysit my very young out of control cousins often, so you might have just saved a life ;) .
