The quietest notebook is.... ?

I need to buy me a laptop but I can't decide. I am considering at least a 15,4" or better a 17" monitor and I've got 3 options (budget < 1200 euros): 1. ThinkPad R61 2. Satellite A200-12S or 12Q / Satellite P200-11P 3. Sony VGN-FZ18M / VGN-AR41L / Sony VGN-BX41VN And there is always the noise factor...

Is the 120GB spinpointM just as silent as the 40 GB one SPCR reviewed ? If it is, how does it (SAMSUNG Spinpoint M 2.5 120 GB 5400rpm 8Mb Serial-ATA HM120JI) compare with the rest: SEAGATE Momentus 2.5 120 GB 5400rpm 8Mb S-ATA 150 5400.3, ST9120822AS WDIGITAL Scorpio 2.5 120 GB 5400rpm 8Mb S-ATA 150...

Is it worth replacing the HDD with the bigger
SAMSUNG 320 GB 7200rpm 16Mb Serial-ATA II 300 HD321KJ with NCQ.
or with the 200 GB spin point p120, 2004C
Will it less noisy and vibrate less.
I'm kind of afraid to suspend it because the pc is going to travel pretty often

About the CPU cooler: I can't find the Ninja anywhere. I'm thinking of Thermalright HR-01 but I do nat know if it ifts the case; if not I'd try the ultra-90; don't really care much for the Freezer pro 64.
Any other ideea (Scythe, Thermalright) is wellcomed

AM2 motherboard dilema

Hey guys ! I'm having some trouble deiding on a motherboard for a budget PC. I have a X2 3800+ (65W) along with a Solo case and S12 430W PSU and always used Intel processors and boards. What AM2 board should I get (if it has video on board it's even better - until I raise the money for a proper GPU)...

Exactly, it is so easy to cool things with just the fan in the S12 and the Ninja passive. No case fan and no fan on the HS for a modest system although with a very hot Prescott. I have onboard video so I can't say what it will be with a proper video card but my temps are perfect (32-38 idle and max ...

I've got the Ninja on a 2.8GHz, 89W, Prescott running completely fanless in a Antec Solo case (no case fan) with just the Seasonic fan (never rumped up - I don't do games) and temps are (SpeedFan):
33 - idle
55- load
It is mounted using the "Universal Retention Kit" and AS5.

What do you know about Yesico PSU's; they make 2 fanless PSU's: 480 and 550W.
How efficient are they?

You would be fine with a 300watt PS
If it's true does it mean that you could run the thing with something like the Fortron Zen or Silverstone 30NT ?
And if overclocking wouldn't it be better to go for a Corsair 520W?
