With a CPU fan you are still going to want a case fan. I certainly agree. I was only suggesting that the use of a CPU fan would allow the case fan to run at a lower speed. Also, I'm not sure you'd really notice the additional noise of a quality case fan running at low RPM, over the noise of the CPU...
