The NeoHE 430W is a pretty significant part of the P150... not having it included would be a pretty big omission on Antec's part.

Trying to digest the differences between the NSK6500 and the P150 Black. The only differences I can see are the TAC vents on the side panel, the included PSU (P150 comes with a NeoHE 430W, and NSK6500 has the TP2.0 430W), and the hard drive mounting system (P150 has suspension). Am I missing anythin...

I don't like how the side panels are vented (TAC). Not good for dust prevention. Noise can exit through these holes too.

My Kingwin rack does indeed have a 30mm fan, but I just unplug it. The majority of the rack & tray is constructed out of aluminium, and should be able to cool most drives passively.

Where did you get the northbridge cooler? What is it made from?
I think it's an Arctic Cooling Freezer heatsink, with the centre section cut out. Great idea.

I am most interested.

What impressed me about the previous generation Freezers is the good weight:surface area ratio. For the cooling power you get, there's no weight penalty.

- Did you use good thermal compound, and did you apply it correctly?

You must use it, as this square four-pin connector is where the CPU gets it's power (+12V). If your previous board didn't have this connector, then the CPU got it's power from the +5V line.

All Abit NF7/AN7 boards have the the four-pin ATX12V connection...
