Hi,

I was thinking this fanless baby don't come cheap US$139.99! same price as the x-650w, it' very expensive for a 400w model.

With a cool computer the fan in the x-650 remain unmoving, a better solution will be to wait two weeks and buy a cheaper x-560w what do you think ?

I'm wondering how I can fit it into my Solo case, what's the air flow for traditional ATX case. Should I reverse it? I think the hot air will be keept inside and the pcb will warm up, that's why they put an mounting advertising on it. The best way for the solo is maybe to cut a vent on the top of t...

Thanks Mike great review, glad you change your mind about this fanless baby!

Great efficiency for an office build, the x-650 was an overkill for my needs.

I wonder where is the best place to put it: at the bottom like in p180's or on top with a hole on the case :?:

Hi,

2.5" if you want a silent backup unit, it's very small to carry and don't need a Power Adapter

Speakers with no buzz / hum

Hi Everyone !

I am after a pair of speaker around 20w with amplifier for my desktop but I realy don't like the low-level hum in sleep mode or when not connected to an audio source.

Any recommendations ?

Don't you think the t° of the gpu is a little high for a card with a 92mm on it Why not put 92mm in front for a better air intake with a setup like this one: http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/8127/sanstitreqqf.th.jpg And How si...

Yeah I understand, inaudible like a SSD will be difficult, but from your review I can expect somethink like -3db, coupled with a quiet hdd I'll think it will be a cheap alternative to ssd.

And if it's not enough I can always seal it with sanitary silicon.

Welcome on spcr truflip,

If you use antec fan i suggest to swap for quiet models like the nexus one, suspend your hdd on a free 5.1/4 bay with bungee cord.

A case won't be quieter than another if your don't have silent parts.
