Norh Silent server and Panda PC

Norh has been known for their speakers and audio amps for a while but I didn't know they also make silent PCs.

They have two systems (that look pretty sweet!), one with a 1GHz via chip (C3?) and the other with a 800MHz chip. What I found truly interesting was the CPU heatsink:
