Some wood, a very cheap case (0,4mm steel)...
It's quiet, but not much, the power source become noise when gaming, but always use headphones, so no problem.
Some rude case

Initially was no fan or hole on top of the case, but i put one because my power source (Akasa 400W, a relabeled Enhace) have holes in the back, and the hot air emerge there.
And the processor(Core 2 Duo e6600 @3Ghz) is at reasonable temperatures, after some time with Orthos i have 53C (23C room temperature).
The 8cm fans have 1500rpm and keeped at 12V, and the 12cm fan is rated at 1500rpm, but is put at 7V and don't know at what RPM is spinning.
Obviously the big problem i have is with cables, too long, and too many.
Thanks bryan.

Respect.. I like the idea of a wooden case.
I can only count 5 fans though.. top of case, two at rear, video card, and power supply. Which one did I miss? Also, which are the noisiest fans shemale?
Yes, the 3 HDDs aren't gonna help either. Out of intereset what is the reason for having three drives?

Yep, 5 fans. And 3 HDD is needed for movies, they are big and don't fit on 4.7 or 8.5GB optical media.
On temporal basis, the noisiest is the power source, but only in games, and the seek noise of a Maxtor 500GB hdd.
The offenders on permanent function is the 12cm fan on top of the case and the HP LP3065 monitor (buzzing if is not at maximum luminosity, and a added coil noise if i display some black&white charts).
Obviously is not silent as the computers with 1 HDD and a single 12cm fan at under 600rpm seen on this forum. And the difference probably is big
But compared with an empty Aplus Xclio II case with the 25cm fan at minimum, is a little more silent.
