Damn dude! Every time you post something I question my sexuality, I think this has confirmed it, I am attracted to computers. Seriously though, just amazing design and craftsmanship.

On a more boring technical note, I know the pico board can output 1080p, but can it actually play 1080p material smoothly?

I really love this computer, and totally wish I had one on my desk...

If only it was powerful enough for audio, and dual monitors >.<

Thanks! It plays 1080p quite well. Runs at about 20-25% CPU usage playing .mkv files

Thanks but why would you say it don't do audio or 2 display screens. It has HDMI and a VGA port. It also has a 3.5mm audio out jack and HDMI also does audio. It won't however play Crysis so you are out of luck there. :D

Ha, I mean a dual monitor setup running Pro Tools or Adobe Audition

Right. I thought that's what you meant. Can you tell me which minimum system requirement the Pico-ITX fails at? I'd like to know. :D

The ability to run an interface other than onboard audio OOTB?

If the PICO ITX had a full sized PCI or PCI Express port, it would do the trick, but then you'd have to get into checking latency, and I'm not really sure a PICO ITX system would be able to handle multi track recording, playback, multiple VSTs, that sort of thing.

I have a VIA C7-D upstairs with a PICO power brick and all, but it had enough trouble with 2gb of RAM (I'm not saying the C7-D is great here, but it doesn't seem very powerful for real-time audio work).

Also, when my RAM usage goes above 7gb, I'm glad to have it all, but a PICO ITX system max's out at 4? Not very expansive to me.

That and Pro Tools is a very picky application, working on some computers, not working on other computers.

Feel better now? It's a good thing I've got more than one computer or I'd be SOL huh?

Now...back to my high-def pr0n in 5.1 surround while using only 10W. Damn weak machine. :D

That's so beautiful... Just don't tell my GF :)

@Big Pimp Daddy: you are not the only one :)

Honestly, it's difficult to find right words to describe your... computer???

But seriously, only thing which I can think about to improve is a back plate. But it's pure cosmetics... and more a matter of personal taste... and pickiness :)

Ha, don't get me wrong, that computer is a thing of beauty, just not something I feel like I could put into a studio.

It's got it's place for media center and web browsing, but I wouldn't want to wait for that thing to process effects.

This is as much a work of art as it is a functional computer...

P.S. - I bet Sony's consoles are jealous :)

Astonishing! Like all your projects very tastefully done. Which makes me wonder, why are most production cases still so bland and ugly?

The word "amazing" doesn't do this case justice. It's a complete little work of art, as well as a computer.
And, tbh, much nicer than the Level 10 itself :)

That's exactly what I thought! The Level 10 is really dumb in my opinion, but this one is simply brilliant!
