Some sites that sell a wide range of cases or unique cases

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

Some sites that sell a wide range of cases or unique cases

Post by Kevin Ar18 » Sat Oct 30, 2004 3:08 pm

I was wondering if some of you know of some sites that sell a wide range of case (and include large pictures of them on the site). The more choices the better - as it gives me more options in finding one I like.

I'm not so much concerned about how reputable the site is. All, I'm looking to do is see what's available. Then I could choose a reputable company, if possible.

Directron is also quite good, and offer to strip the PSU out of many cases for a discount, which is very good for SPCR members who don't want to pay for a PSU they wouldn't bother with.

Try Coolcases and Servercase as well.

Thanks for the links. If anybody knows of some more, feel free to post them. I know I've seen several sites in the past that had lots of different models.

On another note, after considering the issue some more (as well as seeing the prices), I'm thinking that maybe modding my current case would be best for right now [supposing the computer does get upgraded]. However, these links may prove useful in the future.

I also like the case selection and customization work Hank Baron does at his site, Performance PCs.

Even though your topic is "sites that sell" I decided to throw you this link. It's probably the first time I've ever "recommended" it. Please do not buy anything from these people, just use it for reference and look at all the pictures instead. They have one of the lowest Resellerratings that I've ever seen, and apparently people keep trying to buy stuff from them.

A 1.48 rating! That might be the lowest I've ever seen.

A couple of other options are mwave.com and zipzoomfly.com

0.43 6-month rating...

I, along with many others, brought this rating down to .43, but we believe it should still be lower.

Hank is the man! I would give my business to them over and over. Great service and they are willing to do just about anything for you.
