Need to trim around 25mm off a hole on plexi, help please

Post by EvoFire » Wed Dec 29, 2004 6:39 pm

I a fan hole on a side panel plexi that is 50mm too short in diameter and its causing heck of a lot of turbulance, I was wondering if anyone can suggest some ways to cut around 25mm of plexi off around the hole so I can get better airflow. I have absolutely no idea on what tools, methods to use and any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

After I cut, what would I use to smooth out the cuts?? and around how much clearance should I leave for the sanding at the end?
