First review of P-180 on Antec site!

Post by sundevil_1997 » Sat Jun 11, 2005 11:32 am

Linked from the Antec webpage is the first official review of the P-180. It's a little short...not as indepth as we come to expect here at SPCR, but I think you'll get a lot of questions answered none-the-less.

Enjoy!
SPCR: Boldly covering the broad range between "quiet" and "silent".
As a result of finding this site, my computer isn't any quieter...but at least I'm much more aware of it.

Wow. After reading that third paragraph, I really have doubts about this case. :(

No kidding. I have to give kudos to Antec for even posting such an incriminating review on their own website. At least they're honest.

Perhaps one of you that can read it could translate it for the rest of us that can't?

They seem to be comparing the case to a picture of Saddam...

That can't be good.

It's more of an preview than a review. Nothing special is written.

It can't even be called a preview -- it's simply a Japanese press release announcing the "super cooling ability PC case with 2 chamber design" being available in June, as well as the low-noise power supply called Phantom 500 being available for preorder.

It basically just explains what fans are placed where and pictures of the drive cages, etc. are there too. So, it's about the same as the SPCR preview -- in fact, the two articles are about the same, informations-wise. Only thing different is that Antec is stressing how much better at cooling this design is, while MikeC tends to stress how quiet this case should be.
