Which Coolcase LX-6A19 Fits my needs?

I'm interested in the Coolcase LX-6A19. I'm looking for a case that is quiet, but still provides good cooling. I'm gonna be using the case for as system that I will attempt my first overclock with and I'm confused about the different levels of mod that are available. Also I was wondering if you order the firewire pront panel upgrade do they install that for you or do you have to do it? Thanks, Rob
