Cooler Master Elite 341 mATX Case
I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but Cooler Master recently released a new mATX case:

It looks a bit better than the Elite 340 IMO. I currently own an Antec NSK3480, but am always on the look out for new mATX cases. Does anybody own one of these?
One thing that I've noticed is the presence of an E-SATA port on the front panel. Something, the NSK3480 doesn't have.

According to Cooler Master's web site, the 341 weighs less than the 340.
341:
Net weight : 3.3 kg (7.28 lb);
Gross Weight : 4.4 kg (9.7 lb)
340:
Net Weight: 4.2 kg (9.26 lb);
Gross Weight: 5 kg (11.02 lb)
The 340 is already a razor-thin metal case. I wonder what they did to reduce the weight further?

Some interior shots can be seen in the product sheet:psyopper wrote:I don't own one, but like you I am always on the lookout for a new mATX case on the market. I wish they would post some interior shots, I'd like to see the internal layout before I made any decisions about it. With the name something tells me that it's not too far different from the 340.

I'm a bit worried about that aswell.josephclemente wrote:According to Cooler Master's web site, the 341 weighs less than the 340.

The 340 is on the verge of what I would call flimsy.

Wow this case will be hard to silence. If the case is as thin as you guys expect it to be it might have horrible sound dampening properties. Especially if you mount four 120mm Fans into it.
I am really impressed with the locations for the HDD mounts. The HDD mounts are above and below the front fan.
No doubt, this will be a very well ventilated case.
As a point of reference, The Silverstone SG03 has a net weight of 3.5kg
and the Antec NSK3480 is 4.95kg roughly.
I was really bored

Nice mATX enclosure. Good that it doesn't come with a PSU unlike the NSK3480. The single turnoff is that they had to open up the left side panel with two ventilation holes. Why would anyone who'd buy a small mATX enclosure need so much cooling is beyond me? Those unnecessary holes allow noise to escape and dust to enter. Maybe it's possible to switch the left side panel with the right one, so the ventilation holes won't be a problem?
