just looking at the Antec P182 Super and wondering would that front door
prevent me from having a fan controller ?

You have around 20mm to play around with and most knobs don't protrude that much. As an example the ones in a cheap cooltek were just 10mm. And now I feel extremely dirty. 8)

the ones on mine are about 12mm are you totally sure i have 20mm

I Just checked on my P180 which is essentially the same case. Measured 3/4 of an inch from the front 5 1/4 drive locations to the back of the door. Works out to just over 19mm. You should be fine. :wink:

AFAIK we have yet to find a fan controller that will NOT fit in the p182 so yes you have nothing to worry about.
