Silverstone PT-09

I just stumbled upon this case and wondered about it from a general silent PC perspective and as an enclosure for a couple of computers I already have.

My server is a Skt 479 MODT Intel T7200 on a Jetway J9F2 motherboard (socket 478 cooler mounts). Currently in a modded Antec Aria with 120 mm case fan. Any thoughts on migrating it to this case and running it completely fanless (says it will take 127mm coolers) or with just a CPU cooler?

My desktop machine is an Intel DG45FC with Intel Xeon E3110 with a Zalman cooler in a Hoojum Cubit case. I have to have the fan on near full speed to keep the southbridge cool and the case still gets (more than) warm to the touch. The clearance on this Silverstone case (plus all those vents) may allow for more effective/quiet cooling?
